Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required to confirm your booking with Popular Express Travel Sdn Bhd. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of package and destination.


Group Tours

A deposit is required per person at the time of booking. The exact deposit amount will be stated on the tour package details and booking confirmation. Please refer to the specific tour package for the deposit amount.


2ToGo (FIT) Packages

For independent travel packages, the deposit amount depends on the specific package and may include non-refundable components such as airline tickets and hotel reservations.


Cruise Packages

Cruise deposits follow the cruise line's deposit policy. Deposit amounts and deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.


Balance Payment

Full balance payment must be received by the due date stated in your booking confirmation, typically 30-45 days before departure. Late payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

We accept payment via:

  • Bank transfer / Online banking
  • Cash payment at our office
  • Cheque (must be cleared before departure)

Cancellation & Refund

In the event of cancellation, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the specific tour package and the notice period given. Some deposits may be non-refundable. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
